Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation with information about your rental, as well as instructions on how to access your container. You will also receive a code for the key box located on the door of your container, where you will find the key to the container lock. You can move in from the date you have chosen as your start date.

Always remember to take the key home with you and keep it in a safe place.

Your belongings are safely stored in your locked box. The container is completely sealed, dry and nearly impossible to break open.

If you wish to terminate your box, simply send a written termination to kundeservice@boxstation.dk. When your lease ends and you have cleared your box, you hand in the key in our key-drop at the exit.

Of course, you can visit your box whenever it suits you. We are open 24 hours a day – 365 days a year. You can drive right up to the door of your box, making it the easiest way to move your belongings in and out.
